Delivery Info

- We aim to despatch all in stock orders within 1 working day of ordering (Mon - Fri) - Most in stock orders will be despatched the same day if placed before 1pm.

- Orders will be sent via the delivery method you have selected at checkout, on certain occasions due to the item's weight, length or delivery location, we may change the courier without informing you, but it will always be a like for like courier.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a despatch email from ourselves, followed by an Email And/Or a Text message from your parcel's courier with further delivery and tracking information on. The night before delivery, or on the day of delivery, you will receive a further Email And/Or a Text message with a 1-2 hour time slot for your delivery. You can change delivery options from the links in these messages should you need to.

- All orders over £49 (Excluding Frozen Dog Food and Pallet goods) qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY by Royal Mail. You can upgrade your delivery to a 1-2 working day shipment (which usually arrives the next working day if ordered before 1pm Mon - Fri) via Fedex for £5.99.

- All orders under £49 (Excluding Frozen Dog and Fish Food) have the delivery options of Standard Royal Mail Delivery for £3.49, or you can upgrade to a Fedex 1-2 working day service for £5.99.

- Frozen Dog Food carries a set delivery charge of £6.50 regardless of the order value.

- Frozen Fish Food carries a set delivery charge of £4.99 (free over £49).

- We despatch orders Mon - Fri, for most couriers the weekend isn't counted as deliverable days, so please factor this in when ordering.

- All orders have the option to be collected from our main store (Manchester - M32 9TR) - We will contact you by phone / email once your order is ready to collect - Please do not arrive at our store before you have been notified your order is ready as it may not have been brought over from our warehouse yet.

- Please bear in mind when ordering that all orders are delivered via Third Part Couriers so we are dependent on them providing the paid for service, and we can not be held liable for any delays, or changes to deliveries made by them.
