Spiders & Scorpion Kits

There are about 850 species of tarantula worldwide. They are found in the tropical and sub tropical regions of the world. Most pet tarantulas are captive bred by breeders and hobbyists. Scorpions are the most ancient of terrestrial higher animals (metazoans). They number in excess of 1500 recognised species, with most coming from hot and dry enviroments and tropical tropical rain forests. A tank measuring 18" long is ideal for a tarantula or scorpion. A tarantula or scorpion will feed on live crickets, locusts, waxworms or pinkie mice.
