Fountain Plant - ophiopogon japonicus (live aquarium plant)
Fountain Plant (ophiopogon japonicus) is not a true under water plant but does well in aquariums due to the concentrated lighting and abundant nutrients.
If planted in newly establised aquarium OphiopogonJaponicus should have added nutrients added to the water to aid its growth.

Other: A rich nutrient substrates aids good growth. If planted in a newly established aquarium add Root Tabs or a Plant Substrate.
Carefully remove the plant from its packaging. The plant may be planted in the aquarium as a bunch otherwise remove the retainer carefully from the roots. Plant the root system into the substrate. The root stem should not be covered fully by the substrate (gravel/fertiliser) or it will rot.
